Maureen E. Elliott
President & Chief Executive Officer
Maureen E. Elliott serves as Chief Executive Officer for INNOVATION ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL LLC. Maureen has been the inspirational founder of IAI with a passion to deliver superior customer service as well as a collaborative force leveraging global business communications.

As CEO, Maureen leads the company's strategic sustainment in global operations as well as overseeing the financial organization by continuing to ensure that IAI has a robust financial reporting and planning infrastructure in place, ensuring the company's accounting and finance operation is prepared to conduct business on an international basis.
Making logical decisions is in her blood. Maureen is Customer focused and data driven, implementing value driven goals. A leader with honesty, integrity and trust, embracing the corporate ethical policies and guiding principles ensures compliance throughout the organization
Maureen was previously Vice President of machine and tooling company, Excel Corporation. Prior to that she supported a family owned and run business venture in building construction and contracting which supported national bank owned property management across Michigan, Ohio and Indiana regions.
Prior to this Maureen had joined the ranks of several Michigan based automotive dealerships in technical services, spanning nine years of loyal customer service, dealing directly with customer technical issues as well as Service for Return Sales, critical to business development.
In addition to receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the Michigan University Maureen has been privileged to pioneer many non-profit organizational events supporting the local community.
Greg C. Elliott
Executive Managing Director
Greg C. Elliott was appointed to Executive Managing Director, supporting the foundation of business development and technical services with INNOVATION ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL LLC on April 20, 2013. Prior to joining IAI, Elliott engaged four years in various technical engineering and program management roles within the US Government defence sector, having the opportunity to invest services to support the industry

Elliott previously served as Co-chairman of the board for BAMA Toyota, a service role from the automotive manufacturing industry. He was named as director of program development from Cooper-Standard Automotive in September 2007, During his tenure at Cooper-Standard Automotive, Elliott played a key role in developing Cooper-Standard’s Strategic program management structure, focused across its global operations reshaping its technical deployment of business development, leading the company to realize enterprise-wide synergies supporting greater operating efficiencies.
Having previously been in the automotive tier one supplier business with Standard Products since 2000, Elliott emerged from a distinguished global career with Ford Motor Company spanning 25 years of international assignments in technical engineering projects, program management, manufacturing and product development across Europe and North America.
Elliott was a part of the Ford global vehicle development team giving public address to the European supply base as well as serving on the North American Diversity team, engaging and coaching the synergies of team building in global product development.
Elliott earned a FTC degree in mechanical engineering from North East London University, followed by attendance with the institute of industrial management and received his Certificate in Industrial Management. Elliott was under a four year product engineering development program sponsored by Ford Motor Company in the UK.
